3CMG owner and founder, Kevin E. Fornof, maintains a personal hands-on approach to each construction project.  With over 16 years experience in the North Texas education construction industry, Kevin brings a diverse perspective to the entire design and construction process.  Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, and worked as a Project Coordinator and Construction Administrator for a prestigious and local architectural firm specializing in educational construction.

Also as former Director of Facility Development for an Independent School District, Kevin is very knowledgeable of the processes, protocol, and communication needed for a successful project.  As Director, Kevin worked successfully with all district departments in order to provide the most efficient and cost effective use of school funds.  Through daily oversight, cost management, collaboration with local municipalities, and established relationships within the local industry, Kevin strives to bring each project under budget, while meeting the demands, parameters, and deadlines of school construction.

With the current economic challenges that face most school districts today, it is essential to have a consultant who is knowledgeable and respected in the field, and understands how the local industry can be fully utilized to meet a district's needs.  Because of Kevin's unique educational construction and renovation experience, he can help provide valuable cost saving services for his clients, while managing the risk and uncertainties of contracted services.
